Date: 8/8/11 8:51 PM Interesting. Seems very similar to SureFit Designs that I purchased. I haven't yet had time to try all the kits but I made my bodice and skirt blocks and have used them to alter commercial patterns. Very easy and the absolute best fit I've ever achieved. If only I had more time......... SureFit is a bit less than that system as well.

Date: 8/8/11 11:37 PM Thanks for responding. I'd forgotten about the Sure-Fit system. And you're right...it's substantially less expensive (but still out of my price range for the time being, lol). ------ Paula

Date: 8/9/11 2:09 AM Its interesting, but pricey. I'd like to have seen the sleeves done on the video, and (crucial point) the sleeve curves matched with the armscye curves. ------ so many patterns, clamouring to be sewn

Date: 8/9/11 2:51 AM Yes, it is pricey but it would probably be worth it if it were really as easy as the video made it look. ------ Paula

Date: 8/9/11 9:20 AM newb question though.
Since the pattern is drafted using bust, waist and hips, doesn't it assume each measurement is divided in half?
So if I'm small busted but broad backed or if I have a large protruding tummy and a flat rear, I could still end up with an ill fitting pattern right? ------ Mary

Date: 8/9/11 4:04 PM Okay so I read the posts says "egads price" but it wasn't until I looked at the price that I went "$!@*&$$$$"
Seriously for a lot less, I'll just use my 4 rulers to get my measurements plotted out AND be able to incorporate adjustments based on my dimpled body.
Those curves just don't look right when compared with my hip curve, etc.
