Date: 10/20/11 1:11 AM I'm interested also, and what is the weight of a 630/635? There was one for sale here on PR, at a great price (it's gone), and I was tempted to sell my 440 for it. -- Edited on 10/20/11 1:11 AM -- ------ Berninas 820 QE, Artista 630 PQE, Aurora 440 QE, Activa 240, 930 Record, and 731 Baby Lock Quest Plus, Featherweight 221s... |

Date: 10/20/11 1:58 PM Here is a video on You Tube of how to check the hours on the 200/730E. It might be the same for the 630. ------ Bernina 730E; Bernina 440QE; Babylock Imagine; Janome 900 Coverstitch

Date: 10/20/11 2:01 PM No prob! I clearly don't need it, just thinking that at that price, I'd be silly not to. But having a machine mailed is too anxiety-inducing anyway. I'm glad a PR member got it :). ------ Berninas 820 QE, Artista 630 PQE, Aurora 440 QE, Activa 240, 930 Record, and 731 Baby Lock Quest Plus, Featherweight 221s... |

Date: 10/20/11 3:33 PM Thank you Carol for the help, I looked at the video, but it seemed a little risky for me not knowing much about the machine. and since I plan to take it in soon for a servicing , I think I had better wait. [ just to be safe] I did not realize it would be that complicated. I thought It would be simple. |

Maia, you are right it is risky these days the shippers are so rough and I had a few anxious moments for sure, but Patti [ the very nice seller] packed it well and it made it just fine.
