Ok - I finally got some photos of DH in his new ballroom shirt. No, he won't show the "full view" but suffice to say it fits very well and he is comfortable while competing for the very first time.

Yes, I am linking to my blog and I understand why people do it so often. it is totally the easiest way for me to get photos from his phone to my computer and into a message.

Link to just the photo

I hope this works!

You both look wonderful, tourist.

Hubbie and I took ballroom dancing classes for quite a while about 25 years ago, long time.

Thought you would enjoy knowing that we took our sons in for about 2 or 3 months for private lessons so they would be able to do a safe and fine job of leading their great grandma around the dance floor at my cousin's wedding. It was just wonderful and we couldn't possibly say who was the happiest that day when they danced with her.

Thanks everyone. 7yr - great idea to give your sons some lessons. If more young men (or old ones, for that matter!) knew how impressed women are by a man who dances, the classes would be overflowing!

We made 4 semi-finals, which we have never done at this event before, and 2 finals. We came 5th in both of those. Out of a strong field of 17 couples, that is darn good. Plus we felt like we danced pretty much the best we have ever done, so we are happy about that.
