Date: 11/22/11 8:35 PM I was at a fabric store that is going out of business today and they had a bolt of beautiful woft wool flannel. What is this stuff? I got 2.5 yards, is it appropriate to make a skirt with? |

Date: 11/23/11 4:57 PM Do you have a picture? I have never heard the term "woft" before. Might it be a brand name?
My experience with wool flannels is that they can vary quite a bit in weight/drape/hand... but I've made skirts with most of them (even the quite stiff ones). What sort of skirt were you thinking of? ------
