Where to find this fabric Boden fabric

I've been to several fabric stores in the Chicago area (Vogue, Fishman's, plus the big box fabric stores) and can't find anything remotely like it - nothing that's even like this pattern but in a different weight or type. I've also searched sites like fabric.com, Emma One Sock, and Gorgeous Fabrics. I don't need a coat, so I'd like to find something similar and make a skirt out of it. Does anyone here have any ideas? I will keep an eye on Fabric Mart. I think I'm also going to look at some home dec fabrics. I am always curious as to where they, and others, like DVF, get their fabric, do they have textile artists they work with so they always get exactly what they want? My guess, is yes.

I really love their clothes, and I'm not above spending a lot on clothes that fit and will last, but I really can't justify the price on some of their things. Even if I needed a coat, I wouldn't spend what they're asking for that coat, particularly because it wouldn't be warm enough for the Chicago winters I have to get through.
