That's incredibly funny. My side hurts, my chest hurts, my eyes are tearing. That's the best I've heard in a long time. Thanks for posting. |

Date: 12/9/11 1:35 AM What a hoot! DH always mocks me for mixing up our car with just about anything else the same general colour and shape on the carpark, luckily we don't have carry permits here. ------ so many patterns, clamouring to be sewn

Date: 12/9/11 7:33 AM Ut oh! Somebody found me out! To tell you the truth, I have actually sat in a car similar to mine, and tried to start it up, only to realize I was in the wrong car! It was when I spied the sunglasses on the front seat did I get the message... ------ "We don't impose our rhythm on Nature. The key is to respect and live within Her." Jean-Charles Boisset, Winemaker
"And no, now that you asked, I didn't enjoy that play one bit, and I'd like a refund" Signed, Mrs. Lincoln

Date: 12/9/11 1:14 PM Oh Lord - now I am worried. I frequently forget where I have parked and have to scour the parking lot with my cart of purchases trying to find it. It is so embarassing. I guess what will save my bacon is that we are not big on guns here in Canada so I would never resort to this.
However, don't think car mis-identity is reserved just for "seniors". Back in high school we still had movie drive ins. My friend and I went to the bathroom and when we came out we were a bit turned around as to where we had parked. We wandered a bit and suddenly my friend let out this shriek, and literally flew into the backseat of this car where she immediately started her trademark non stop chatter. She had managed to find a car that was the same make and colour, identical really, just NOT the vehicle we came in! We all nearly died of laughter, including the complete strangers whose car she invaded. |
