Date: 12/12/11 7:39 AM I ordered a ultimate quilt binding combo. When I received it , it was stapled together and some scratches on the plastic parts. I was also wanting to know how many clips were suppose to be with each of the clip guns. I really like the set but hadn't had time to use it. When I pay for a new produst that is what I expect but feel as if this has been used. I was wanting to know if you purchased one if it was stapled together, any scratches and number of clips. Thanks! ------

Date: 12/12/11 8:10 AM If anything I paid full price for had scratches and was stapled together, I would be not too happy about it as it was sold to me used. Companies want you to return all of the product items you purchase from them, so they can either return them back to the manufacturer if they are defective, or cannibalize the package to make a new one. Sounds to me like the company didn't do either of these and something got mixed up. ------

Date: 12/12/11 11:07 PM I did send a support ticket in today but doubt if anything will be done. We will see. I have been looking at this forever and decided to get it for my Christmas as my husband would rather I pick something out I want. It is not damaged just has scratches but most things I use and am very careful not to abuse them. I hope I can find how many clips came with gun. It pictures more than there are in my set. ------

Date: 12/13/11 6:55 AM Thanks, that is what I was looking for, but I couldn't find it. It is the number of clips I got. I can live with the scratches. I will use these clips a lots. Also this foot is really nice but I hadn't had a chance to use the rest of the stuff. Maybe after Christmas I will make more time.
