Are they doing this right after they repeat the first four episodes? I don't really care about the reruns, but I am curious about Part 2.------ my shield and my very great reward (Gen. 15:1)

Date: 12/18/11 6:16 PM Part 2 starts Jan 8. Part 1 ended on a cliff hanger...sort of like Who Shot JR. The clothing and the decorations and Maggie Smith's performance are so wonderful I can't wait to see it again and then be ready for Part 2 with the story fresh in my mind. Popcorn getting ready for me too...with butter!!!! ------ "The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem." Date: 12/19/11 0:21 AM This topic title caught my eye and after reading all the excitement here decided to see what Downton Abbey was all about. At first glance DH and I didn't think we would like it, that it might be too pompous, stuffy and boringly highbrow, but we found it interesting and actually enjoyed both segments and set a reminder for next week. Thanks for posting about it - we probably would have skipped over it in our search for something *good* to watch tonight! |
