The only people who achieve much are those who want knowledge so badly that they seek it while the conditions are still unfavourable. Favourable conditions never come. |

Date: 12/22/11 8:50 AM My favorite part is the "push you off the roof". Everything is else is so true it almost hurts, but how many times have you wanted to tell someone who didn't get it to go jump off a roof? ------ Deb: www.thinkingcouture.blogspot.com |

Date: 12/22/11 10:03 AM I have a hobby of fixing and working on cars and Jeeps and light trucks, too. And the same thing happens: People want you to fix their junk, sometimes for free, sometimes they want to pay. But you know what? When I work on my junk, it's fun. When I work on your junk, it's work, and you can't pay me enough to work for you in my precious spare time.
I always use the "liability" excuse for those folks. The best part is, it's true. There's no way I'm going to be liable if your brakes that I fixed quit working.
