Source for fur hook closures?

Does anyone know of a source, preferably online? I don't know if they can be sewn on after the garment is made or during. Haute couture often requires significant alteration before it can be worn by the customer (I recall reading a piece in which somebody commented that "of course, most of the buyers will end up having linings put in these gowns".) Bespoke tailoring is similarly removed from Ready to Wear.

If you just want the wrapped hook and eye, Cleaner's Supply has them, and their customer service is great.
