Date: 12/29/11 10:23 PM Hi - I hope someone can help me.
I am going to make a dress out of blended wool crepe (80% polyester 20% wool) and I have a lovely stretch charmeuse that I would like to line it with (98% Polyester/2% Lycra). I was hoping to cut it and sew it at the same time as the fabric - ie - not a hanging lining but a sewn in one....
Will this work with non stretch fabric and stretch lining?
Any advice? ------ BeaJay

Date: 12/30/11 5:37 PM I think it would. But the reverse (stretch fabric with nonstretch lining) might be a problem. ------ The essence of life is statistical improbability on a colossal scale.
