I've been spinning my wheels at Weight Watchers for longer than I want to admit, and actually weigh more now than I did when I started back. Argh here's the article, if you're interested.... Resolutions I have followed this author's work on willpower, and thought the "stickk.com" idea sounded very interesting.... so, I signed up with a goal of losing 1 lb a week. I have to report once a week, and for any week I don't meet my goal, I will automatically donate money to a loathsome (IMO) charity. And, I posted the information to Facebook (double ). Ha!
