Nancy's notions has some solid rayon/spandex called Annabelle. Can anyone comment on the weight? I like drapey, but since it's solid, I would want it heavy enough not to show every line of my bra. Thanks.

I bought a knit from Vogue Fabrics a year ago, called Annabelle. It is also a rayon/spandex so it could be the same fabric. Vogue Patterns used the fabric to make up one of their edgy patterns, which is why I bought it. It's on the "heavier" side of rayon knits. I think you will be satisfied with it, though you can always order a sample. I bought the black. (Click the link to see the dress where Vogue used the same fabric.)

I really like it! I used a knit called Annabelle from Fabricana in Vancouver to make a wrap dress.

It was a medium weight rayon spandex, washes really well and did not pill or lose colour.

I ordered a few 1/8 yard samples of the Annabelle Knit from Nancy's Notions a few days ago, but haven't received them yet. Annabelle Knit is made by Telio, a Canadian company that also makes Brazil Knit, a high quality poly/lycra ITY knit (very similar to Logantex's Foxy Lady). I love the Brazil Knit and hope that the Annabelle Knit is just as good.

I just received my 1/8 yard samples of the Annabelle knit in hot pink, purple and teal from Nancy's Notions. The quality seems excellent and the colors are clear, vibrant jewel tones.
