Subject: The New Project Runway-sorry just saw that someone else started a discussion- Date: 1/9/12 1:33 PM

I just watched the new Project Runway, and am hoping it won't be as listless and dull as last season! Are any of you watching the series this time? What do you think about the line up of designers/sewers? And what do you think about the judges? I think I saw that Miss Piggy is going to be a judge at some point during the season! I think I agree with TomandLorenzo about SweetP (or however you spell her name...).

Am I suppose to just sit here and let that Miss Piggy remark go by me..

Obviously they picked the wrong pig for that show.. Who they should really get is Amy May..

I still kind of enjoy watching them put together outfits from scratch. I would love to be able to drap but alas I have only made two of my own patterns. (Both for DH) They did turn out ok on the bright side.

Still I think project Runway is a fun show. Although I did miss the first episode..

By the way, I have studiously avoided reading any posts by or about poorpigling. After the last reading, I spent the weekend guarding my pink stash with my Kai scissors, got hauled off in a pink paddywagon and ended up in jail sewing pink stuff for other inmates. (The Brad Pitt daliance was nice, though.)

There's a new set of judges. I won't watch the old ones anymore, and they've been notably out of sight, probably hanging their heads in shame, after the last bogus season.

Go Mondo! He shoulda won before.

I don't know, I think some of these designers are going to be a little harder to let go of since I was attached to them at some point or another. I mean really, who is going to be able to watch Mondo lose again if it comes down to that?

And lets not talk about my other favorite, Anthony Williams. I gotta face it, he might be a fun guy, but I can't see him making it past the 3rd or 4th round.

I know there is another thread ont he same topic... but as I posted there, I dont know Anthony made it to the original show, much less to be invited back as an all-star
