Date: 1/11/12 8:18 AM So what did everyone thing who watched it? I kinda of liked it. I like that you will have new people every week. And given the time frame they really have to think on their feet. It kinda of reminds me of Chopped only for design. ------ quiltingwolf.blogspot.com |

Oh. crap.. missed it.. I did finally catch the All stars PR.. Wish someone would post a Watch Alert on these shows before they air..
Usually they are repeated, but I would like to watch them when they first aired so I can discuss them here.. in case anyone might be remotely interested in my thoughts.. |

Date: 1/11/12 8:58 AM I will be watching them on demand as I usually forget they are on and Tuesdays once Justified comes back on it's all about Timothy Olyphant. Might be able to catch All stars don't think there is anything else on at 10 on Thursdays. ------ quiltingwolf.blogspot.com |

Date: 1/11/12 9:54 AM So what is the premise of Catwalk -- is it one designer showing a collection or is it something similar to Project Runway.
Years ago there was a British show called Project Catwalk which was a knock off of Project Runway -- I'm horrible with names but Kelly something or other was the host (she was Ozzy Osborne's daughter but not sure that she had the same last name).
Wondering if it's worth the time to try to find it on the net.

Date: 1/11/12 10:20 AM Well they start out with 4 people. Then get rid of two after a quick challenge. The the reminding two have to make 3 looks in a theme they are given. For the fast challenge and long one they give them these trucks they have to open (reason it reminded me of Chopped on Food network). And they have to use what's in that truck in their designs. They have 24 hours to come up with the three looks. And they are provided with professional sewers to help them. Last night for the short challenge was a football jersey and the big challenge was crystals. ------ quiltingwolf.blogspot.com |
