sleeve problem fits until I sew in the sleeves

When I reach forward, about 2 inches down from the shoulder seam it is tight. I just am finishing up a princess seam blouse except for the buttons and buttonholes. The armholes are fine, plenty of room in the back, the bust area fits great. I cut the sleeves out plenty big for my biceps. Could this have something to do with the sleeve cap too high or too low or do I just need to make the sleeve bigger for large biceps?

From your side view, I'm going to suggest that maybe you need to add a bit more at the back armhole. That's where I have one of my fitting concerns too. Also, your sleeves look really big...are you sure you need all that room in there? You have a cute little shape and the blouse is a super fit, but the sleeves look too big.
