Some of them are machine searchable, which can help supplement a poorly compiled index. So, here's a partial list. Old Berninas and Bernettes new Berninas and Bernettes Singer Pfaff Husqvarna Viking Brother Babylock Select your machine; click on FAQs and Manuals Janome Select your machine. Click on Specifications. There should be a "Download Manual" link in the corner I hope this is of use-- if you know where another manufacturer hides its manuals, feel free to add a link.

There is a fee listed for them though. Necchi manuals Another option I would definitely try is the Necchi Yahoo Group. I have an older (late 80's) Necchi machine and was able to get some information from them back when I first bought it. I found them very helpful and there are quite a few scans posted there, such as threading diagrams, etc, although I don't think there are manuals. But someone may be able to help you find one. That group is called Modern_Necchi. There is also another group for older Necchi machines that were manufactured in Italy.

I may look at it and depending what resolution I scanned put up better copies, but I don't remember what I used at the time prob 300. Necchi 538-539 -- Edited on 1/19/12 4:00 PM --

In order to find your old White sewing machine manual there, do a search using W for White.
