Recently I purchased a vintage Bernina in a cabinet with drawers of goodies. In addition to the Bernina bobbins, there are many of these:

The bobbins curve toward the edges.

I can't see the second picture but they look like they could be industrial machine bobbins based on their shorter width/height.

Singer size 66 curve at the outer edge.

A quick check and they look like the bobbins in my Rocketeer storage box, along side an empty bag which says Rocketeer bobbins.

Consistent with skai and pattiAnnJ, it looks like they are for a vintage singer. There are now some on Ebay where the seller says they are for Singer machines starting with the 66 and going all the way through the 9900 series.
