mens'wear contest question

But....what about a vest?? I can do the last flannel shirt for hubby, and I even have a camp shirt ready to make for him, but.....still....what would a vest be considered?? And no, not a fleece zip-up thing, but a lined, button up, to wear under a suit jacket-type of thing??? ------ research associate in the field of child development, married to an engineer I am woman, I am invincible, I...am...TIRED!!

The rules don't specifically mention vests, but I believe they would qualify as garments and not accessories.
