I bought a slice fabrique primarily for the "critter jamboree" designs and now I can't make them work!! How frustrating! I'm having trouble with what I'll call the apple tree design. The tree trunk is in two pieces: The lower cuts ok, but the upper is simply chewed up by the machine. It becomes detached from the fusible. I did the half-turn on the blade and firmly attached the fabric to the glass mat. Has anyone had success with this design? I've had good success with objects that we not long and skinny in nature....that seems to be the problem.

If there are any other users, please share your tips and ideas. I want to try wool felt.
