Date: 1/20/12 7:18 PM I have been wondering why I am having so much trouble seeing the rhinestones and getting them onto my gown. freaking out a bit that my vision has deteriorated significantly since I did the last blue one. But no..... it was summer then. More light and longer days. Whew! I am thinking an Ott might be nice, though. ------ http://bgballroom.wordpress.com to follow the progress on my next ballgown. |

Ott lights are great. Even the very basic ones that screw in to your regular light sockets.
'Older eyes' are sort of a pain.... Way better than NOT seeing however. ------ blog: goodworks1.wordpress.com

Date: 1/21/12 4:00 AM It's SO Frustrating though. It seems like the world is getting darker and darker. The same lights that used to be enough now make me feel like I'm in the dark, lol. Goodworks1 you are right, I am lucky to have the sight I have left. ------ My hope is to sew to the very end. They'll find my head slumped over my precious Kenmore 19606 and have to pry the seam ripper from my cold, dead hands. |
