welcome...great site and lots of nice and very knowledged sewing buddies. I too live in Pennsylvania about 45 miles north of Pittsburgh. Are you any where close? Looking for sewing ladies in the area to help with fitting.

Welcome fresmom!

We're native Texans, but were fortunate enough to live in Eastern PA for about 10 years. Right between Easton and Bethlehem. Beautiful state.

I'll be looking forward to visiting and sharing with you on PR.

Welcome...I live in the North Hills of Pittsburgh (Shaler Township) during most of the year and am lucky enough to spend my winters in Florida. What part of Pennsylvania do you both live in? Help with fitting is always great to find.

I am actually very close to youI am in Blakeslee, right near the Nascar track :)

As far as sewing goes, I make items like pillowcases and I do finishing work for fellow cross stithcers. Pillows, wallhangings, etc. I also dabble in quilting, and I do mean dabble :)

Oh, we're back in Texas now, but still think Pennsylvania is beautiful. I know right where you live. Hoping to get there for a visit soon as we left behind good friends.

We were there for the 100 year snowstorm and the 100 year blizzard and the 100 year heat wave. Maybe you should be glad we're gone

Do any of your local churches have quilting groups?
