Date: 1/25/12 3:42 PM I am heading for Japan for the first time in Feburary. My friends have already checked out some of the fabric stores advertised as the Tokyo garment district and found the selection nothing different than home (Western Washington) and the prices higher.
I'd really like to find something special while I am there. Anyone have "can't miss" stores to visit? ------ "Even as ye sew, so shall ye rip"

Date: 1/25/12 10:14 PM Fabric district in Tokyo. Also look for a store called Tomato. It's more like a huge multi story building that is legendary. Also here's a prior thread about this. ------ Marilyn
