I have been slacking off for 6 months on a baby quilt I promised DH I'd make for his boss, who's first grandchild was born this summer. Out of desperation, I threw together this top using the strip tube method... SO fast and easy! I google it and watched a demonstration, then made the top and quilted it this morning. Now to get it bound and breathe a sigh of relief!

It's bright!

That is truly awesome, CJ. Your husband's boss' whole family is going to be so impressed, and so am I.

Love the patterns you used for your quilting and you did a great job.
The pieced colors and shapes are perfect for a baby.

Well done.

Thanks! It was such a fun method (the strip tubing) that I'm starting another with some jelly roll fabric!

That quilt looks superb! Great colors, perfect seaming, excellent quilting density. Your work is amazing.

That is really striking, and I absolutely am in awe of your quilting. When I grow up I want to be you.

I Googled strip tube quilts and watched a YouTube videio. What a fun technique - especially if you have a Accuquilt Go cutter.

Thanks! It really is fun and easy to do, I'd heard of strip tubes before but hadn't tried one.
