I made a muslin of October 2009 Burda magazine pattern, #121 and I don't know how to fix the shoulders. Is this a forward shoulder adjustment? Where do I start? I'm still very new with fitting.

ETA pattern info.

Offhand, it looks like the shoulder line of the top might bet too wide for you. Is this meant to be a drop shoulder style? The sleeve caps look shaped so that makes me suspicious. It would also help to mention which Burda pattern# & issue this is from so those who do actually have said issue, will know how this is supposed to look and whether it's meant to be a drop shoulder style or not.
Also, if you could provide a side view, that would definitely nail whether a forward shoulder is involved. OR..can you say the shoulder seam riding on the backside of your shoulder instead of along the shoulder line as it should?

I'll post better pictures when my photographer gets home from school this afternoon.

Fabb, there seem to be three reviews of this pattern, you might read through those and see if they help you. I just glanced at the second one, but she does mention the shoulders...

reviews

ps: they are cut on sleeves, according to the other reviews... kimono or dolman
