Date: 2/1/12 11:05 PM It reminds me of Sportswear Elastic that is used in waistbands for shorts or sweatpants. You attach the elastic to the upper edge using a zig-zag stitch or serger, flip it down, and stitch in the channels with decorative topstitching. However, you can just stitch one row at the bottom if you choose. ------ Judy |
