Although the bust and hips fit me in this size (after lowering the apex and moving the dart out a few inches), the neckline in front and back are both too big. I've pinched out a dart in the lining for Butterick 5602 but I don't really know how to incorporate that into the pattern before I cut the dress fabric of my *hopefully* *wearable* muslin (version number 2) especially since my fabric has vertical lines. I've read in the fitting boards about pinching out a dart and then drawing that out of your pattern for a better fit. Here are photos of the darts I've pinned out Front and back
How do I edit these out of the pattern tissue?

You can take the dart you removed from the front neckline and rotate it into your bust dart. I do this a lot. For the back dart, you could probably take the dart down to the armhole and just fold it out.
