How to make a modes royale dress Where to find a pattern similar to an out of print pattern

Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 2/20/12 11:32 PM Hi, I would like to make a sailor dress and have come across the most amazing dress by an out of print pattern company, Modes Royale. Does anyone have any suggestions of alternate patterns I could use that would be similar? The dress is from the 1952 Spring/Summer pattern book and features on the front cover. Here is a few pictures of the dress (it is the strapless one, I don't think I'd make the jacket). Red Dress Navy Strapless Dress Thank you for any assistance you can give.
