Going to watch the new show on fashion in March? What do you think?

Date: 2/23/12 0:33 AM I have seen a commercial for a new show beginning in March for fashion . I cannot remember the title but I am thinking it is on CBS or NBC on Thursdays ??? Of course I would have a memory gap while I am writing this! ........ anyone going to watch? Please jump in & update with correct title of the show & network .... The designs you see will be made available for sale the next day at stores we are all familiar with. Obviously it had to have been taped a while back for them to do this. but this might be fun.. Don't worry about the who and whens Kitty. As it gets closer to the time they air it. you will see more and more commercials for it.

I am not sure.. will try to pay more attention to the next teaser.. I do know its a bit different in format from Project Runway. The fact they have this slotted in prime time.. on a major channel tells us all that indeed.. its a year for design, fashion and sewing. FINALLY.

According to IMDB: The show, hosted by supermodel Elle Macpherson, will see designers from various fields compete for a contract that will put their fashion lines in retail stores. Yeah, when I saw this I thought, "How in the WORLD can the designs be on sale the next day?" Simply the *physical* logistics of getting the fabric, making the garment (in different sizes no less!), then the physical transportation - since it is most likely coming from a factory in China. Yep. This show *had* to have been taped a while ago. Admittedly, the jaded Gen-Xer in me thought, "Great. I just noticed it is opposite one of DH favorites NCIS! Tricky of the NBC network to do that! ....
