Date: 3/9/12 10:27 PM I wanting to sew Simplicity 2935 Butterfly Rag Quilt, I was wondering if anyone has sewn this and if you have any tips or a good way of telling me how to transfer the quilting line part of it to the front side of fabric? |

Date: 3/11/12 7:55 PM First off, I didn't make this one. I made a similar one that was a Panda bear out of polar fleece and it was a PITA. Lots of pieces, with companion reflected pieces, front and back and FLUFF everywhere. But, that said, sewing it was fine. I did not transfer sewing lines. I winged if for each piece for the middle part of the patch sewing and then I attached a seam guide to my presser foot at the right seam allowance and went.
Good luck! ------ Too much fabric to count... |
