Searching for a 1975 Sundress Pattern

Since you were all so helpful in my last post, I figured I'd try my luck again. I'm looking for a sundress pattern from 1975 that was either McCall's or Butterick [I'm pretty sure it was one of those two, but I can't remember which my grandmother had said]. I'd been hunting for a while either for the pattern, or matching fabric for the dress I currently own. The dress was made by my grandmother in 1975 for my mom, who was in high school at the time. The dress has since been passed down to me, but unfortunately, I'm a bit bigger than my mom was at the time the dress was made. So, I either need extra fabric, or the original pattern. Neither of which I've been able to find so far. Anyone seen this pattern or fabric? :D Photos of the dress are as follows: Dress Photos -- Edited on 3/15/12 7:24 PM --
