Yesterday, I bought my first iPad -- the new high resolution version. I'm kind of new to this app thing, so does anybody know of good apps for sewers? I don't do embroidery,
Is there any sort of app that's missing? I plan to learn how to write my own apps, so maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to bring out something that fulfils those needs.

I like evernote. Love being able to see everything regardless of the device. Handy to have access to my notes via my phone.

There is a thread going at the moment about PatternFile which is a PC program with an iPad and Android app that you sync to from your PC. It is under Patterns and Notions and titled Pattern File Software. There is also information in this thread about other electronic pattern organization apps and data bases.
