Ideas for using corned beef broth?

Everyone enjoyed some good ol corned beef, veggies & cabbage this evening - very little sold stuff left. There is quite a bit of broth from the cooking left...anyone have some suggestions for using it up, besides cooking more cabbage in it? I don't want to toss it, frugality rules here.
Thx
Shel

The corned beef makes great sandwiches on sturdy bread, with good mustard. No kidding, your average man would regard such sandwiches as the greatest lunches or dinner known to humankind, for several days running, and without grumbling.

I would use the broth as stock for a veggie soup...certainly will not need any added salt when making a soup with it.

How about some white bean soup chock full of onions, celery, carrots, and bell pepper?
