Date: 3/19/12 10:00 PM Hi, I am looking for material to make scrubs. I looked through some threads on PR on this topic, but they were too old to be helpful.
I want a solid color, poly/cotton blend. Hancock's used to carry some fabric a few years back that was great, but they don't have it now.
Thanks for your help. |

Date: 3/19/12 10:13 PM I have ordered from Blue Desert Co. and really liked the quality of the fabrics for scrubs. My DD likes a lighter weight in pants so I get the "lite poplin" which is a poly cotton blend. The only downside is that the lighter colors in that weight, like pink, don't provide the opacity necessary for pants. I also got a heavier fabric and I don't remember which, maybe the regular poplin blend, for a lab coat DD needed for clinicals at one time and it was great fabric too. The service when I ordered was great. ------ Liz

Date: 3/20/12 8:33 AM I just checked your site Blue desert. The prices seemed very reasonable. I may have to get some fabric to make a couple sets of scrubs. |
