Date: 3/26/12 11:37 AM You might be able to get a replacement at the Joann online store. I know they advertise about members of organizations getting the card for a 10% discount. As long as you provide them with the member info. of PR you might be able to get it there. It seems like that's where I got my second card.

Date: 3/26/12 11:44 AM There is always money involved somewhere. In this case it is a membership fee. Unless you are a member of an organization that does not require membership fees and falls within the category specified to qualify for the discount card.
