I have been searching the internet and various companies for two-sided (dble sided) transfer or pattern marking paper for slipping between two pieces of fabric and marking darts, etc. in one go. Folded or two pieces of marking paper do not always have good results as it is too thick.

Vogue Pattern Magazine referred to it some time back but communication with them, while they insist it exists, has not resulted in any brand name, suppliers, etc., just suggestions of trying this and that company to no avail.

Can anyone assist please? I would love to hear.

PS: Yes, I know - I should be doing tailor's tacks, but looking for something quicker, and less back-breaking leaning over cutting table.

There is Dritz double face tracing paper. I have tried this, it works well enough.

You can just fold some tracing paper in half, wrong sides together, and hey presto, double sided transfer paper!

Aah, thank you Sewliz. Someone has also sent to me the Amazon.com URL for it from whom I have now ordered . I had searched JoAnn.com and Dritz and even sent to them an email request. But I had been using the wrong wording (two-sided and double sided) and I should have used 'double face' and also held my face right. Some websites can be 'sew' pedantic!

JoAnn person told me to search using word 'transfer'. Yeh, right, had already tried that too. She could have sent me the URL. Sue Rose from E C Birch in Australia and Hannah from Craftsy.com have gone out of their way to search for me too. So, big bouquets to them.

Amazon only let me have two packets (5 sheets) so could not order for my sewing buddies. Also tried to order a couple of other gadgets they advertised but they were unable to ship them to Australia.

'Sew' happy now!
