I belong to Treadle On and there have been recent discussions about items made from treadle bases, but this wasn't one of them. Great idea!

Best Idea ever! Every time I see treadle bases used for tables it aggravates me for some reason. I could go for this. What made you think of using the base for an ironing board stand?
