darts need hellp with darts

Is your underarm seam high enough? If you want to free hand it, you just pin out the dart. But if you're doing this to an already assembled top, the dart will show. And you need to have enough room to pull it on your body if you put the dart in. That's why I was asking if it was a knit fabric. Gaping in the bustline sometimes means you need to do an FBA. But sometimes you can rotate that dart fullness to the neckline, provided that the top is stretchy enough to put on. It will drop your neckline a little, making it even fuller.
