Pattern pieces don't match up Fitting pieces together

I was wondering if any one else has sewn this, when I go to sew the sections together ex: 4,5,6, either the outer edges won't match up or the inner edges won't. I know the outer edges need to but I'm not sure how this is supppose to fit together. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Cathy
