Having problems downloading your PR class lessons pdfs? Try another search engine
marjoriekh   Intermediate VA USA Member since 8/28/10 Posts: 547	Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 4/9/12 11:35 AM Just wanted to post this where another member might find it in time of need -- I signed up for a PR class (Clone Your Favorite Garment by Kenneth King) and found that I couldn't download the lesson pdfs. They would appear to be loading, but then I just got a blank screen. I knew how it was supposed to work (you click the link and the pdf loads, but before you can see the lesson you get a password prompt) because I had just finished another class. Searching the Bugs and Problems thread I found that another PR member had had a similar problem here. Deepika suggested she try using an alternate search engine. (She had been using Chrome, as was I.) Her result isn't posted, but I assume it worked, because it worked for me. I logged on using IE, and was able to download the lessons as usual. ------ marjoriekh

If anyone else wants to disable the Chrome built-in viewer, just copy about:plugins into your address bar in Chrome and look for the third item down. Wonder why I didn't have any trouble with the Bust Adjustments class pdfs, though? ------ marjoriekh
