altering a 2 piece dress pattern

It is pleated with waist darts...would it work if I split the front and back bodice next to the dart??? Thanks!!! Christie ------ Christie

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "split the front and back bodice next to the dart". If you need more room in the bust(larger than a B cup), you will have to do a Full Bust Adjustment(FBA). How much do you need to add? Can you just add to the hips and waist by increasing your side seams? What pattern are you using?
