Kwik Sew 3740 Sleeve Revision

Date: 4/15/12 5:58 PM I like above cowl neck pattern, but would like to have it with short sleeve/cap sleeve. Is it possible to change sleeve length from long to cap/short sleeve on above pattern or add sleeve to sleeveless pattern such as this one easily. Thank you for help on this one.
