RTW shirt and the arm holes How do you fix huge arm holes

I tried on with a little sweater and I was in a hurry and didn't pay much attention. I took it with me on a trip planning to wear and when I put it on my arm holes were huge. You could see at least 1" of my bra under my arm. How can I fix this. I thought about trying to sew up the sides a little, but I am not sure that will work. How does anyone else fix this problem

If you don't want a cami under for coolness, you could possibly add 2 little cream lace wedges there, just like adding one to a low v-neckline--will peek out like a sexy undergarment!
