Need mock wrap top on Aline skirt, with no zipper, does not gap dress pattern for knits Help, need recommendations please

You may need a muslin to avoid gaposis depending on your body type. Or enclose some clear elastic in the neckline from shoulder to waist (only sew it at the shoulder seam) then pull on the elastice slightly to eliminate the gap before sewing the bodice to the skirt. ------ http://sewstashsew.wordpress.com/ Sue who used to be Sue Wilson
