t-mobile pink dress pattern? looking for a pattern can you help?

I'm looking for a pattern that would be similar. Square neckline with rickrack? along neck line and armscye, drop waisted with a flared skirt and a belt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JI6bW-Gd-Uc Closest I can find is the Vogue 8020 dress View F. Probably a little shorter skirt than pictured. Any other suggestions? Thanks!!

My guess is they don't actually have all those pink dresses IRL, and that the color is applied digitally after filming. ------ ~Gem in the prairie
