Date: 5/10/12 11:39 AM We received a press release from the French Seam, the fabric store in Indianapolis that hosted PR Day Indianapolis 2011, letting PR members know that the store is celebrating its one-year anniversary with some special events. Festivities include: A collection drive for Sew Much Comfort, an organization providing custom-made adaptive clothing, free of charge, to all wounded service members from current conflicts and from all branches of the military and National Guard. Creativity Challenge 4, the Anniversary Challenge. Participants purchase kits containing (3) one-yard pieces of coordinating fabric. The challenge is to create an entry with or without a sewing pattern, incorporating all three pieces of fabric in a Clothing category or Craft & Quilt category. Promotions during the week of May 20-26, leading up to the First Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, May 26, 2012.
