Quebec heritage Quilt pattern to honor it?

I am ecstatic to know this and would like to make a quilt to honor this part of my family heritage. Is there a quilt pattern that is traditionally Quebecois? I haven't been able to find anything online. ------ A balanced diet is a cupcake in each hand.

That second page talks about a traditional pattern called "crow's feet" that was used very early on, but there seem to be others as well. You might also get some help by contacting the Textile Museum of Canada.
