I recently started using my SE3 again after a long time away from it. The last two designs I stitched have quite a bit of bobbin thread showing - something that hadn't happened before. I'm using Maderia Bobbinfil, a fusible mesh backing on a tee shirt and I tried both a built in design and one from a CD. I've adjusted the top tension both ways in increments and tried a new needle. I'm hesitent to try to adjust the bobbin tension.
From reading through posts here and on other sites, it seems like it might be either the Maderia or the fact that I wound the bobbins on the machine. Anyone else have this problem? Was it solve-able, or should I just go buy a PE-700
