Laminated cotton: Make it yourself or buy it?

SewPerfect   Advanced NC USA Member since 1/6/04 Posts: 163	Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 5/20/12 1:16 AM My local fabric store just got in several large rolls of pre-laminated cottons to use for raincoats, aprons, totes, placemats etc. A few years back I did make my own using this product: LAMINATE I made some small zippered travel totes and they turned out quite well. The laminate has held up to many trips, hasn't pulled away from the fabric. ------ Happy Seams to you....until we meet again! The nice thing about the iron on is that you can choose any fabric you want to make it rain wear. ------ Dawn T.
