I just got one of these for free. It is minus the foot pedal/power cord, instruction manual, & any & all presser feet. So, before I sink any $ into getting these things, I am hoping someone may have a PDF manual for this that they might share with me. Thank you!

I have a Janome 7061NX that I absolutely love, but it refuses to hem jeans despite all my efforts (using correct needle & thread, going VERY slowly, asking Janome customer service for advice). I am hoping I can get this Babylock going to step up to the task.

Simplicity and Babylock machine manual

The machines in this manual were the same as the Babylock line in which the 1550 was one. It is the identical manual but for the name. I know Babylock doesn't have this and I think Simplicity may have stopped all references to their earlier machines.

Meanwhile - here's the threading diagram:

I no longer have the Babylock. See my post above for the manual link, and the names of the same machines as Simplicity machines. It does cost, but the threading diagram does not, and is a good place to start.
